CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

The purpose of Children’s Church is to teach the Word of God. Children’s Church is intended for elementary and middle school aged students. We also have activities for preschoolers. The following is the usual format for carried out for the service: First, we share a time of fellowship so the students can prepare themselves for the lesson. We read the passages from Word of God connected to the lesson they are about to receive. We then have a short lesson and questions to answer (following the lesson). There are materials for the students to prepare and take home. The material used is from the Gospel House Publishers (Springfield, Missouri). Each quarter, a curriculum is given to children’s parents so they are familiar with the lessons taught, the scripture reading and verses that the student should memorize. Children’s church is where students can share with one another, pray together, play together, and learn more about God. All things we do are to glorify God.
